My news year resolution was to cut out sugar and alchool till Easter, way too much of both over the holidays. Yesterday i took carrots instead of cookies for snack, driving home I almost pulled into gas station to get a donut, today I broke down and got a brownie from Burger King.

Spanish houses are very poorly insulated, but at least we have a furnace alot of older homes in warm climates don’t.
